Donald Ritchie
Donald has years of experience in the property industry – he has been a director of a business that managed over 300 body corporates, 1,400 investment properties, 100 real estate agents and over 30 commercial properties including industrial, offices and retail. In Donald’s previous role, he was a property valuer and advised various bodies like the South African Reserve Bank and various insurance companies on their commercial portfolios.
Donald holds a Bachelor’s degree as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Henley University (UK) and is a fully licensed real estate agent in Queensland. Donald was involved in the formation and management of an unlisted property trust in Australia and was responsible for the acquisition of commercial properties for the fund. The portfolio was valued at over $800 million. Donald now runs his own property business and consults and advises clients when not working on his own property developments.
Lesley Ritchie
Lesley comes from a corporate background having been an internal auditor and administration controller for various American companies. Lesley manages all the budgeting and costing of developments, contracts administration, liaising with buyers, agents, brokers and solicitors. Lesley is closely involved in the design and colour co-ordination of all developments and manages all marketing collateral from start to finish. Lesley manages the build quality and hand-over of final products to owner occupiers and investors, ensuring the quality is as promised.
